Not a single bad wizard was in any other house apart from Slytherin

(Or something like that). Am I wrong but, was Sirius in Griffendor, and was Sirius thought to be a bad wizard? Hmmmm. Hagrid knew Sirius was a "Death eater". But he lied didn;t he, because one "bad" wizard was from Griffendor. I found ONE mistake in those books.

Petigrew was also from Gryffindor. And it's not a mistake in the books, it's a mistake that a character made.

Yes, but at the point that Hagrid told Harry that, they didn't know Pettigrew was bad/still alive.
