I'm having a really hard time right now. I'm leaving in a week and a half, and I'm really stressed about it. I have auditions then, and I haven't been able to pick up my sax in weeks because I've been busy, and when I've been home, I've had no muse to actually practice. I know I'm not going to make it anyways.

And I just found out that my first fencing coach passed away.
He hadn't been there the past few months, and no one would tell us fencers why.
For months all I though about was that I couldn't wait for him to get back to teaching, so I could show him how much I improved on a few techniques we were working on before he left.
I almost can't believe that he's gone.

this seems so petty compared to you guys that have actual problems and things going on in your life ;-;

i'm just
really worried
and depressed
and stressed out

because i'm getting surgery soon
and the whole thing terrifies me
and i've tried distracting myself
but it isn't working.
i just need to vent

if anyone is having or has had a surgery similar to me, please tell me
i just need someone to tell me it isn't as scary as it seems to me.
basically, one of my my adult canine teeth hasn't come down properly, so i need an operation to have it pulled into place
and then i'll need braces that help pull it in place
and i'm sort of used to it
because i've had like five teeth pulled out in the space of a year
but it's still horrifying to me
and i can't talk about it to anyone in real life
because i'll probably have a panic attack
and it all sounds painful
and i'm just scared
someone please tell me you've been or are going through the same
i'm so scared
god, this is nothing compared to some of the things i've read here
i'm sorry for those who are going through much worse than me
