I'm so sorry that happened to you, I hope you've calmed down now and have relaxed a bit. I know plenty of people who have had panic attacks. You can get through this, take some breathes and relax. I'm currently still heartbroken after my last breakup even though it didn't last very long. We were both in love, I suppose you could say, but her father didn't exactly approve of me or her sexuality so he forced us to break up with each other. Now she's moving away, and it's highly unlikely I'll ever get to see her again. I still have a M A J O R crush on her, but I don't know if she still feels that way for me.

my vision is weird

i have glasses but its blurry... and hazy

i keep blinking, trying to make it go away and nothing is working


and for about a month i keep hearing ringing in my ears, its just freaking me out

edit: its getting worse and my glasses arent helping
