my friends get mad at me because my mum is welsh and taught me how to say it, so whenever it comes up in conversation (which is kind of more often than you'd expect) I just say it and they get upset
tbh most northern welsh towns have names similar (but not quite as long) to that.
EDIT:: I would prove that I can say it by typing it out, but the "ll" sound is really weird, like hissing through the sides of your mouth (like a lisp where your tongue is too wide for your mouth) also the final "goch" involves like a growling/snoring noise
