@Ranger have you ever gone to nationals?

I generally use a: RECURVE, COMPOUND, OR LONG-BOW Recurve, but I'd like to get my paws on a longbow. I'm British, and once upon a time this kingdom was feared for its longbow archers. It's a massive part of my country's history, and I definitely think that it's a tradition that should be kept alive.
I use a: WHATEVER POUNDAGE BOW {not sure off the top of my head}
I am: LEFT HANDED, RIGHT HANDED, OR AMBIDEXTROUSMainly ambidextrous, though I have a slight preference for my left hand.

I've actually only been for a few archery lessons in my life (about 10) but I'm currently saving up for regular lessons and it is honestly my favourite sport. Of all time. I mean, where else can you shoot sharp objects at things? :3 The instructors also have said it os something i should look into, seeing as I'm pretty good for a newbie. ^-^ Archery n00bs unite!

@dragonlass—Nerp. Wish I could but I'm still a bit of a nooB Mah coach is—what's it called? grade three? anyway—one of the few people in N.Z. who can train people good enough to compete in the Olympic Games. Last time the club had a comp I scored highest, but I've been moved to the back-wall now I'm probably still pretty sucky compared to most archers, though
Six-hundred something points with around seventy-two arrows. Is that good?

Anyway, does anybody here do horseback archery? I've never had a go myself, but I would really, really, really like to have a go.
