Hey guys, do you have any specific music/soundtracks you like to listen to while writing? Or certain songs for certain scenes/parts/characters/moods?
I find that silence is surprisingly good for writing, especially if I'm concentrated and I can hear my own heartbeat. (I love the sound of a heartbeat. The sound of life and hope. iT'S SO FREAKIN INSPIRATIONAL AND AWESOME!!!)
... Especially since the part I was just writing, was literally ALL about how the heroine is hearing everyone's hearts beating as one and stuff. XD

I usually just listen to club music mix videos people have made on Youtube because the words in the songs are usually distorted enough that it doesn't distract me, but I'm not listening to straight up instrumental or classical music. I find it hard to concentrate when I'm hearing other words and I might type the wrong thing by accident.

I was struggling this week, but I wrote an outline for the next chapters this morning and managed to get a few of them done by doing word wars with people on Discord! I'm not super proud of my graph, but at least I'm on par again.

I am 4,000 words behind again... And I just wanna watch Agents of SHIELD... *sighs* Wonder if I can get it done in four hours... anyone wanna word war or something?

I passed 50,000 yesterday or so (for some reason, I decided it would be easier to write 2k words a day instead of having to bother with keeping track of the specific 1667???). I really thought I'd get to the end of my book by November (I saw myself having to start a new story to keep writing), but the end just keeps jumping out of my grasp. My story is demanding I don't just leave obvious, huge gaping plot holes in order to reach the end. XD I'm getting close, but I wanted this to be the first year I actually finished a book. Doesn't look like that's going to happen, though. While things are coming to a head, there's still a bit of a bridge to cross to actually get there, plus the after climax to wrap things up. We'll have to see how the next few days go, though, I guess. =o

2k before the big finish! I'm still long from finishing my novel, though. At this point, I'm only nearing the climax which is.. 4 chapters away from the epilogue? I'm happy to say I'll most likely finish tomorrow night, though!
