Yay! another late starter^^
I wrote for about three hours yesterday before I had to go to Volleyball, and got to 3k.
I'm going to try to write at least that much a day, more if I have enough motivation.

Heheh; I'm using NaNo to build up the lore of my universe, so that it -hopefully- grows diverse enough for my taste
I'm holding my urge to get the "actual" story written back as good as I can, because I really want to build up a world as believeable as I can make it first.
So NaNo is mostly me writing stories about idea I had for the world. Curent one is like a prequel c:

That was my goal for today, but now that I see you there already... *sighs* I know how this will end. I'm just too competitive xD

That definitely seems like a good idea if you really want to get into the story! : D
I know I've done similar in the past, just spending my time drawing instead of typing to get ideas fully formulated before jumping into it. xD
