ahahaha, I saw a friend I haven't seen in two weeks despite going to the same school.
badminton was also really funny for some reason because I was extra terrible today.

2- the school's choir teacher who actually knows anyone she's worked with and cares enough to say hi if she sees us. I'm not even in her choir (she's had me in the musicals) and she said hi to me yesterday at lunch

This is honestly just something really stupid but

I've been searching for a new 2018 planner. Planners are my biggest hobby, and I tend to spend 70 dollars or more on the planner itself, plus another 30 on inserts, not to mention the hundreds I've spent on Washi tape, stickers, etc. So the style, quality, color of the cover, and color of the hardware are all really important to me. It's almost as in depth to me as buying a car xD

Anyway I had narrowed it down to three choices.

The first choice was my personal favorite. It was the brand I love, so I knew the quality was great. It's a tan, almost blush color, but when you open it, the inside is a vibrant orange. However, all my friends think it's the ugliest of the 3 choices, because the color of the cover is so plain.

The second choice had rose gold hardware, which is my favorite metal, and the cover was lilac with white stripes. It's really pretty, more traditionally pretty than the first choice, and the colors are vibrant. Again, it's my favorite brand.

The third choice is an unknown, cheaper brand of lesser quality. However, it's by far the cutest and most personality, as the cover has a watermelon on it. It's really adorable, and all my friends were routing for this one.

Unsure of what to do, I asked my boyfriend which was his favorite for me.

I was sure he was going to say the 2nd choice as its really cute/feminine and of the better quality brand than the 3rd choice (since he is big on quality over appearance)

But I was so surprised when he picked the 1st option, the one all my friends said was ugly!

Idk why but it just made me feel good today hahaha I never imagined he would have picked my personal favorite of the 3

(2) my hobo friend gave me a present he is so sweet :'D !! now to see if I can make any money off of it for him lol
(3) my boss told me to train our new supervisor (I use the title loosely, it's like a step below manager in training) but im just >w<!! I've been giving my store a really hard time with my anxiety and I can't believe they still like me and value my work ethics aaa

i haven't cried since monday now
and while i know that i'm gonna fall right back into hell eventually, it feels great at the moment
i even had a little bit of motivation today and i wasn't super exhausted when i left work, going straight to bed wasn't on my mind
i even got up earlier than usual this morning, yet i somehow felt more energized and... it's such a nice feeling
i haven't felt any kind of real motivation in a few months, i missed it (and i'll miss it again i guess)

i also ordered a nice dirndl, blouse and shoes at work today (when i was told i could do whatever until i get a new task)
and while it was quite expensive and i paid 15€ for express shipping so it arrives tomorrow, i look forward to wearing it
my friends have been nagging me to get one the past few years, so now they can finally stop pfff
ill blend into the crowd at the oktoberfest on saturday (& wednesday, if i do join my colleagues as well)
i'm a real bavarian now my dudes

also! i feel like i might invest in a fancy diary, some ink and a fancy quill!
my life is usually too boring to really keep one, but on the days that i don't have any cool memories to write down, i'll improvise
note down something small that made me happy, or even just a short story, or a poem, or a quote
just something to give me some kinda daily ritual & to look at when i'm super down again

mmmmmmMMMM so today i threw up at school after having a horrible stomachache for most of the morning :^) it was awful.

but like?? a "friend" (i say friend because i consider her a friend, but we're also not that close??) who is in most of my classes, willingly listened to me complain about my stomachache most of the morning and was really understanding and was okay with the fact that i needed to rant. honestly i might be just overreacting but i consider that a pretty kind thing to do ;v;

she offered me some suggestions on what to do, and would always ask me "hey, are you okay?" when i showed like a small sign of discomfort,, she carried my stuff to classes for me because my stomachache was so bad that carrying my usual school supplies was a pain, she asked for my personal email so she could update me on homework if i chose to go home, did her best to cheer me up the entire day, and also walked down to the office with me and asked my questions for me because i'm a wimp and didn't have the nerve to do so, and legit after i vomited she offered to stay with me in the classroom if i wanted her to, and did a whole ton of other crap to make sure i was okay and i honestly felt so appreciated

this is legitimately the farthest a mutual has gone to secure my comfort and man why the heLL did i not notice her before?? she's my science partner so i noticed she's a pretty upbeat person but i never tried to build an actual friendship with her??

and wow i'm really happy reflecting on my day even though i had a horrible stomachache and i threw up. somebody cares about me and i think that's pretty great

I adopted a little kitten a week ago today, and she finally got to go home with us! She's got quite the personality, and is already so sweet to everyone around her. She is a little jumpy though. I'm assuming this is because she's a survivor of the recent hurricanes (she's a strong girl). She'll get used to everyone (and thing) around her though, so she won't be so afraid of everything anymore.

Also, I'm finally finishing my AP work (still have biology and algebra to work on, but that'll only take me ten minutes). My AP work had been restricting me from commissions, so I'll finally be able to work on art tomorrow and on the weekend. <3
