i woke up pretty early which felt good, and i listened to some nice music, so nothing much but it was a calming day

Today is my cheat day so I got to eat a COLOSSAL donut and a chocolate chip cookie!

i live in north texas which has a pretty large asian-american population
and today i went to the vietnamese sector of my town because it has
the best markets, and i got literally everything i’d been craving

my haul:
- lots and lots of curry paste
- persian cucumbers
- snow peas
- cauliflower
- broccoli
- thai eggplant
- drunken noodles
- pho broth base
- a lifetime supply of vietnamese coffee (which will last me a month)
- condensed milk
- grape flavored gummy candy
- cans of coconut milk
- water chestnuts
- bamboo shoots
- bean sprouts
- cilantro
- lots of celery
- those really long green beans you can get at buffets
- G I A N T carrots
- daikon radish
- hoisin sauce and ponzu sauce
