I Didn't Get My Pets?

Uh, hi. I'm not sure where else to post this, so i'm going to post it here and hope someone can help. When I went to adopt this month's dogs whose description is "Whoops! Looks like some pets fell into the blender at Smoothie HQ... but don't worry! They're okay. Saikiyo and Chia have stitched them all back together." I clicked "adopt" but I didn't get the pets. I think I closed the tab before the page could finish loading or something, and now I can't readopt them, nor do I have them anywhere. Please help, I really want them!
