Personally I just take a hot chocolate with whipped cream, and then I add lots of that powdery stuff they have.

Gingerbread Coffee w/extra Cinnamon and Cream
Cinnamon Latte w/cream

autumn: Pumpkin spice latte w/cream

summer:
caramel ice latte (or something like that)
