In the past, I never made a New Year's Resolution. I never have the gumption to keep them.
But after some rather disturbing incidents in the last few months, it has become very clear that I need to make some changes health wise. So, this year, I am determined to get into better shape. To be stronger and healthier. My goal is to lose 20 pounds of fat and to gain some muscle tone. I'm not looking to become Mighty Woman. Just loose the shake, rattle and roll I've got going on.
Oh, and I'm dragging my son along for the ride.
