Shortly after I felt awake but I was sleeping, I was testing out if I could manipulate things in my dream by imagining to touch a computer mouse (I know of all the things I could imagine, but it was my first try) and it felt so incredibly real!

I hope I will get a chance again

that's so awesome!!

My mind is very confusing when I am dreaming.
I'm not sure if these random occurrences that happen to me is Lucid Dreaming, but when they happen I know I am asleep but can't control anything but sometimes can feel things.
For example, one dream I got a lot, when I was 7ish, felt so real.
It was from my point of view or 3rd person (it was constantly switching). But I went into this large, cave area which had all these glowing plants.
It was a roundish cave and their was this path that spiraled up 2/3's of the way up this cave (and it was pretty high). At the top of this path was a small, flat platform.
And their was this que of people going all the way up to the platform. And when someone reached the top they would jump. Some fell to the bottom and just disappeared but others then flew.
Now a time skip must of happened because next thing I knew I was at the platform. I was so scared of jumping I refused to jump. I then actually felt someone push on my back and I fell.
But next thing I know I was flying. It was one of those dreams were you could feel the wind and hear the wind rushing past you.
After this dream I never woke up, I would end up having a very messed up one which made no sense and I never felt anything in. I always wondered if it was my mind telling me something XD

And recently I might randomly wake up, instantly sitting up and feeling like I had just fallen from a very very high place and landed on my back. I never know why this happens and freaks me out a lot because afterwards I am always freezing cold, even if I am still wrapped up in my duvay. Almost like the one your mentioned.

These things that happen are so weird ^_^'

You should be carefull when you are trying this, beacause if your unconscious is troubled, you can have a really bad experience. (you can't move your body but you can see a scary creature sitting on your cest and staring at you)

Oh I'd love to have more of these. They seem to become more prevalent as i get older but they are still rare. I can't control what I dream (like say i wanna dream I'm in Africa and bam I'm there) but sometimes if I'm in a deep enough sleep I can consciously realize I'm dreaming and put myself into the dream.
Most of my lucid dreams are really odd and make no sense, and usually ends up badly in some sort of way. I wish I had more dream control, but usually it is just enough to where I can move as if it was actually me. Anything like powers or flying or other dream stuff I can't do. I'm just normal boring me haha. Feels weird waking up from these dreams, you can feel whatever was the last feeling in your dream was, which unfortunately for me is usually pain or terror.

My favorites though are when you have a dream you actually like, wake up then can make yourself go back into the dream. I've only done it a handful of times in my life but once it was really worth it. Sadly the third time I woke up I had to go to school so I never got to see if my kingdom survived the lightning storm and raids asfhjkl.

I'm not on here much anymore to talk, just trade.
Willing to do FR trades.
Don't message me. I'll rarely respond to trades sent to me unless I asked for them.

Yes, those things, they are really nasty to encounter, but there is no need to quit trying lucid dreaming.

Lucid dreaming is: a dream state in which one is conscious enough to recognize that one is in the dream state. people who get good enough at this, can actually change the outcome of their dreams!

Share tips, and dreams you've had recently.

I just started getting onto basic lucidity a couple days ago, but I get so excited that the dream vaporizes, and I wake up with a jolt. Ever happen to you, have any advice?

Look at a sign on the street for example a stop sign, spell it in your head, look away from the sign, and then look back fast.

This will trigger and encourage your Lucid dreams.

BTW I lucid dream every night now!

I am fighting a very bad bout of the flu and I am weak for I just had surgery.

I fell "Asleep" last night dreaming about fighting a cold, dark shadow and I could do whatever I wanted to. I guess I was so worried

and weak that I willed myself to lucid dream. I had a dream that I cannot explain (And it might scare the young'ins.")

I am still fighting this shadow now as I write.

I've had a dream where unidentified people stole my dog, And I calmly walked towards them and said in a low voice:

"Put my dog down."

The first person shrugged to her companions and set Lola down in front of me. I called her into my room and made her a bed.

Then I woke up sweating with this floating sensation.

I instantly ran downstairs to see if Lola was still there, and of course, she was.

BUT IT SEEMED SO REAL!

Thats what most people say after they lucid dream.

"How is that possible? Why?"

Many people have come up with a hypothesis, but no-one knows for real.

LOL sorry for the long speech. :3

Oh, also try HARD to not get TOO excited. It will Buff everything up.
