Lucid dreaming is: a dream state in which one is conscious enough to recognize that one is in the dream state. people who get good enough at this, can actually change the outcome of their dreams!
Share tips, and dreams you've had recently.
I just started getting onto basic lucidity a couple days ago, but I get so excited that the dream vaporizes, and I wake up with a jolt. Ever happen to you, have any advice?
Look at a sign on the street for example a stop sign, spell it in your head, look away from the sign, and then look back fast.
This will trigger and encourage your Lucid dreams.
BTW I lucid dream every night now!
I am fighting a very bad bout of the flu and I am weak for I just had surgery.
I fell "Asleep" last night dreaming about fighting a cold, dark shadow and I could do whatever I wanted to. I guess I was so worried
and weak that I willed myself to lucid dream. I had a dream that I cannot explain (And it might scare the young'ins.")
I am still fighting this shadow now as I write.
I've had a dream where unidentified people stole my dog, And I calmly walked towards them and said in a low voice:
"Put my dog down."
The first person shrugged to her companions and set Lola down in front of me. I called her into my room and made her a bed.
Then I woke up sweating with this floating sensation.
I instantly ran downstairs to see if Lola was still there, and of course, she was.
BUT IT SEEMED SO REAL!
Thats what most people say after they lucid dream.
"How is that possible? Why?"
Many people have come up with a hypothesis, but no-one knows for real.
LOL sorry for the long speech. :3
Oh, also try HARD to not get TOO excited. It will Buff everything up.
