Sore foot

I did my tendon in my right foot last year on 15/10/13 . I am not sure what to do. Pain is too much I cry because it hurt to much. I did chase a dog that I know. But here on good thing that come from it I use to be a toe walk so I been trying to put my heel down frist and keep my big toes down.
