I really hate the concept of Black Friday. Walmart, why did you start your sales last night, on freaking Thanksgiving? Thanksgiving is supposed to be a day that you spend with your family, not walking around Walmart for hours upon hours and waiting for the sales to start. Go home, idiots.
Thanksgiving and Christmas are no longer what they used to be. Thanksgiving is essentially ruined by Christmas, because of Black Friday. And I don't think that people understand that they can avoid fighting other people to get what they want by just going on the internet, or waiting for Cyber Monday. Seriously, people, get your heads out of your asses. You can get the same deals, if not better ones on the internet. Black Friday also turns people into animals. All the time, employees of the stores having Black Friday sales get trampled to death or hurt when they open the doors.

Someone yelled at me yesterday for being a black friday shopper. I mean, what is your problem? If you want to spend time with your family at home, do that. Excuse me for going shopping on thanksgiving evening so I can help all my family get the deals they really want/possibly need. I'm not sorry that we're not rolling in money and can't afford to go get it on a normal day. You claim that I should be spending time with my family? This IS me spending time with my family. Just at a different place. Don't hate just because my family does things differently than yours. This is something we look forward to all year. Not only for the great deals, but because we're all planning, thinking, and spending time with one another.
