Okay, I have looked high and low for an answer to this. My problem is, I am almost always cold. I normally have to wear a jacket to stay warm, and my intolerance to coldness is almost humorous. In the colder months, I am always stiff when I wake up in the morning, because of the temperature drop in our house at night, which only drops about 3-4 degrees. The kicker is, it doesn't take much to make me warm, and once I'm warm, my skin is hot to the touch. My friends and I slept in a camper and out heater broke, so they all layer on top of me. When they are cold, they always run up to me and grab my arms, because my skin is so hot. When I'm cold, my skin is extremely warm, and that shouldn't make sense let alone happen. I don't mind being hot, and would much rather pick warmer over colder any day. As I am writing this, I am sitting on a chair in my kitchen with a big blanket, freezing my butt off. And my skin is hot. Can somebody tell me why my body is like this? I know this isn't normal, none of my friends or anybody else I know has this whatever it is. Although it doesn't bother me much except for when I'm cold and I can't get warm for some reason, I'm really curious as to know if something is wrong or I'm just a little bit weird.
(Just a side note, I do not have any thyroid problems, and I'm almost positive my body temperature is normal, I do however have a rocket speed metabolism, but this happens when I'm hungry, not hungry, full, etc.)
