Speaking of balls, I have the hardest time trying to describe the clock I now know is called a "400-day clock" or "torsion pendulum clock". Mine looks like this (exactly)
I was trying to ask coworkers what it was called (as I had just gotten a broken one (which I took apart today and it sprung apart and a gear cut me. XD ahaha) from a thrift store) and I was going "The clock with the spinning balls." This amused me greatly especially when I saw their faces. ahehehehe
