Okay. So... You know how in the pet names they have that 'love you'? Where the love is raised and the you is lower? I've just seen it around, but I can't figure out how people do it. Please and thank you! <3

I think you find it somewhere online. They copy it and paste it to their desired area.

It's a generic typographical symbol, just like any other symbol. The ♫ symbol in A Wandering Tiger's sig, the ♂ and ♀ symbols, and even the degree symbol ° are all symbols that can universally be copy+pasted in whatever manner you need.
