Haters can hate on me ask they want but why hate if you won't change my mind! In an Emo and I'm a proud Emo along with my friends! You may hate on us but that won't stop us from being who we are!

Hating is a waste of time! Only post here about who would hate you and why your hated!

I hate when "regulars" hate on us for being DIFFERENT?! Uh no honey we're not different. We're all equal in our own way. I got called an alien by a little kids mother the other day. Emos aren't aliens, we're humans like you. We just look different, because you know dear, nobody is perfect and I am sick of you calling me nasty names, and if you continue, then your in for a surprise that an emo would probably never do unless pushed that far.

In hated for being 'too young' to be an emo as well as being too happy.

You don't have to be depressed always to be an Emo! I put on an act for my friends irl. When I'm really a little girl who wants to escape from the horrors around her! I want to be colourful and depressed. Is that too hard to all for you guys to accept? If it is then whatever it's like my religion. You might not bellringer the same as me buti don't care cause it's what I believe in!

They only hate because they don't understand! They don't know what it is like to be in our positions. It's the save for everyone if your hated for liking pink or whatever it doesnt matter because if it's what you like it's what you like!

sorry, but i don't think this warrants its own discussion topic. it's great that you are standing up for yourself, however i think we can all agree (except for the haters themselves) that anyone who hates someone because they're a certain "way" or "style" is ridiculous. c:

Being emo isn't just about depression. We have other feelings too. So stop hating on how quiet we can be and our love of music and get your own hobbies!

I've been an Emo for half a year and all my 'friends' just keep hating. They think that all I should do is slit my wrists and listen to Black Veil Brides.

I prefer Falling in Reverse and Sleeping With Sirens. I want to dye my hair like this Emo girl's and my 'friends' call me mentally unstable for wanting to.

That's exactly what people think we do. Slit our wrists and lock ourselves away, but no. That's what the seriously depressed do. There is so much more in emos then people think, they've just got to stop judging and start looking into their heart<3
