I need help with my bunny.

So I have a Netherland Drawf and it is a girl. However, she is not fixed and my parents are making her live in the garage and I don't know what to do anymore. I have told my mom I would put her in my room, but she says it is unsanitary and she won't discuss the topic. Whenever I try bring it up, she yells at me and tells me I just rattle of things for her to do and never appreciate anything. Even though I always say Thank you and try so hard to be nice. I have been stressing out and can't take to see my bunny in the garage. It smells in the garage and we use it for cars. I can't stand seeing her in there and it breaks me every time seeing her in there. My mom won't get her fixed because she says why get her fixed when no one takes care of her. She says I never take care of her and she is the only one who does. Even though I take her out everyday, feed her, give her water, and clean her cage. The on time my mom takes care of her I didn't clean out the bottom of her cage in one day, (she has an outdoor cage). Now my mom used that against me everytime. I can't take it anymore and it is driving me nuts. Some nights I can't sleep, I am so worried an animal will get her. When I tried bringing it up in the car today she yelled at me and told me I was ungreatful (because I forgot to say thank you for her getting my Best Friend a gift and driving me.) Here is another thing, I don't have a car, so I can't drive or do anything. I really don't know what to do anymore and I really need help convincing my mom to put her inside. I just can't take it anymore and if died because an animal got to her or the fumes did something to her lungs, I would go into despression. Do you guys have any tips of talking to my mom or something?
