The neighbor is annoying the heck out of me. She lives in an apartment in the alley...facing the back of everyone's home...because of this she feels the need to tell everyone what she wants to see when she wants to see it. Apparently my empty garbage cans are offensive so she just has to move the to the side of my house.
Seriously, no. Leave my cans in the alley like everyone elses. They are clean, neat, and awaiting trash. Leave them alone. I'm not dragging them back because you do not like seeing them.

Where are the freaking cops when ya need'em? Seriously, people complain about teenagers, but I've seen more middle aged adults texting or talking on their phones.
