I need new earbuds.
We have insurance on the ones I have now, so we can trade them in for less if there's something wrong with them.
Well, the cord is bending at the base, and when I move it a certain way, my music either pauses, skips songs, plays the song faster, or cuts out altogether.
Took em in last weekend, but when the guy tried to see what was wrong, they were perfectly fine and he said there has to be something wrong with the sound itself in order to trade them in for a new pair.
Guess what? They're even worse now than last weekend. The sound cuts out with every slight movement, so now I'm going to have to drive back to the store and get a new pair for sure, regardless of price and insurance because honestly I can't deal with this anymore.
