NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs 2014

So honestly. Who will take home the cup? The Blackhawks are an okay team but they had a massively physical round against the Blues. Whoever wins the game tonight between the Avs and Wild will be facing the Blackhawks. It is going to be a tight game. Avs do have home ice though.

I am trying to think who all is in the playoffs... Kings, Bruins, um... My mind is blanking.

EDIT: Lesson to be learned... Don't give up at the end of the game... Avs are out now...

Yay, a hockey thread!!!!

The Penguins are my #1 favorite team, but I have a lot of other favorites because I just love hockey in general.

I also love the:

-Rangers
-Bruins
-Ducks
-Avalanche
-Sharks
-Blue Jackets
-Jets
-Blues

I want the Penguins, Rangers, or Bruins to win the cup.

The Bruins are my favorite, but I like the Blackhawks as well, as my dad is from Chicago.

I don't hate the Blackhawks, but I lived near St. Louis for 3 years. Even being an Avs fan, the affinity for disliking the Blackhawks sort of rubbed off on me. No doubt they are an extremely talented team. One must be to get to the playoffs.

So Blackhawks against the Wild. I am thinking 6 games with the Blackhawks taking the series. The Wild are a good team, but when they get down in a game they play dirty rather than play better.

I'm cheering for the Ducks, but that was pretty epic.
