I try really hard to not interfere in my friend's love life, even if I don't think the relationship is a good idea. But there are times where I just want to go up and smack a friend in the head and ask them if they're an idiot.
Seriously, man. She's an emotional basket case. I'm not good enough friends with you to tell you that, and I'm not going to make our mutual friends tell you, but seriously, how do you not notice. She's so needy and clingy. God, I'm her friend and it drives me nuts.
We both know she's one of those who thinks she's nothing without a boy at her side, and honey, don't drag yourself into that. Abandon ship. Now.
I sincerely wish I could say that to him. He probably wouldn't listen, but at least I would have warned him.
Oh God, moment of gramatical weakness (after seeing the above post). Is "for example" abbreviated 'eg' or 'ie' or both? And if it's not 'ie' then what in God's name does that stand for because I thought it was "for example." And now I'm fairly certain I've been using that wrong . . .
