My throat has been hurting for quite some time now, and it got way worse after the hours I spent on the phone with Paypal yesterday. I finally got my account back, though, so there at least is cause for, well, not celebration but perhaps a sigh of relief.

I didn't talk much today until my mother came home, and of course now the pain sets in again.

Unfortunately, I'm all out of throat lozenges and whatnot.

Time to make sweet love to the honey bottle.

Maybe maple syrup will help, too.

I will make pancakes.

Immediately, apparently, because my mother is just sooooooooo hungry.


I don't want to affix the carpet to the stairs again. We already did that. Why are the nails not enough, why do we also need to do it with staples? The staples didn't work in the first place, in case you don't remember; that's why the carpet was all woobly and bleh for all these years. I am not amused. ಠ_ಠ


Oh, and look at you, Ubisoft. Another AC game, and in the same year as Unity, too. Have you lost the ability to come up with interesting and relevant names, Ubi? I mean, really. "Unity." "Comet." I could come up with better names, and probably a better plot, as well, considering it's all been downhill since Revelations.

And who knows how long it will be before we get "Comet" on PC, too. It took Liberation two years to make the trek. Xbox and Playstation already have exclusive game content, way to alienate PC gamers even more, Ubi.
