Yeah, it's related to the shape of their eyes. Owls are just the easiest example because they have much greater flexibility with their necks that can overcome some limitations of fixed vision. XD

Another neat fact about owls, you can see their eyes through their ears.

The mantis shrimp has 16 color-receptive cones, which allows in to see an incomprehensible spectrum of colour.

Technically any color beyond what our current tri-primary system encompasses is incomprehensible. Still 16 is totally impressive. Here's an info sheet on the Mants shrimp sent out by the University of Chicago as part of their essay prompts.

Another fact: the 3D version of Hugo spontaneously caused a man who had never perceived the world in 3D to finally learn how to see in stereo. Pretty crazy.

The thing where everyone thinks if you keep an eye open during a sneeze, you'll pop you're eyeball out.
Wrong.
Wrong.
Wrong.

You're eyeball is protected by bone, and I'm pretty sure a thin layer of skin, and flesh will NOT hold it back.
Honestly, poke around your eyeball. If you feel your eyelids, they're thin.
So, this is in fact a lie.
However, the fact that's it's not true, itself, is true.

This sounds like a contradiction, because "NOT hold them in" sounds like you agree. (Also they would be held in by tendon which do feel stiff, if you feel the very back of your heel, that's tendon.

I'm not entirely sure if it's true or not. But you said that the eyelids are the thing that hold them in. Eyelids are just there to re hydrate your eyeball, what actually holds your eye in when you sneeze is muscle. Because when you think about it, you squint really hard when you sneeze. it's the cheek bone muscles and eyebrow muscles that are really helping to do the work.

At the end of every episode of Gravity Falls, during the credits, there are secret codes. You just gotta figure them out ;)

If you could travel at the speed of light, you would never get older...apparently. Although How they proved that I don't know...
