in addition to being right/left handed, you are also left/right footed (Left is the most common for feet) and eyed. Dunno if that makes sense. Also you can change what your dominant eye is (probably works with feet and hands but a lot harder) because I was right eyed but now I'm left eyed because of an insect bite a few years ago.

So I'm right handed, right footed and left eyed. (I'm right footed as in tap I prefer doing wings/pickups on the right, and snowboarding I am goofy-havent done it but thats what I do on the wii board and the winter olympics!!!)

Although the character of Effie Trinket appeared in all three books and was featured prominently in the movie, the character's name, Effie Trinket, was never actually mentioned in the movie.

The mantis shrimp has up to 16 color cones in its eyes, and can also see ultraviolet and infared.
It also can punch with the force of a .22 caliber bullet, which allows them to break glass.

In Victorian times, teacups had a piece built to protect the drinkers mustaches from getting wet.

There was actually a discussion on this thread a while ago about this and if I remember correctly, a duck's quack does echo, just at a frequency humans can't hear :3

Despite the myth that cats love milk, they are actually lactose intolerant.

Just like most or all adult mammals, including humans which can only digest milk due to a mutation.

Even so, most of the adult population in the world become lactose intolerant, only in North Europe and North America it isn't that common...sort of 1 in 10 have lactose intolerance and 1 in 20 in North Europe, due to a diet which is very high in dairy.

To put the North American statistic in context, the lower estimate (I used the higher estimate as it was a lot easier to turn into a fraction) is roughly the population of Canada and the higher estimate was 20 million more (Around 80% of the population of the UK.)

Northern Europe in context is around the same as the higher end of the North American estimate too, I can't find a country's population near enough that is in North Europe. (nearest one is UK but that's 10 million to many. But nearly the same as South Korea)

But apart from these areas, lactose intolerance is pretty high!

I am clearly not normal then because I only take about 2 seconds to decide what to wear, shorts and a t-shirt. Simple.
