So just asking an opinion ...would it look ok if I made my partial suit first then made the body part at a latter date so the paws and feet would not be attached to the body...but would that look ok?

I've been around since the first thread as well. I poked my head in and wasn't sure how well I fit in, so I sat in the back quietly and observed.

Yep. Most fullsuits don't have attached paws and feet. They are mostly separate.

Kari - Indeed you have :3

I'm working on a cute little surprise for you all (involving Shadey Boy :3) and hopefully I can get it done tonight ^^

I tried starting my Furnniversary art...

http://www.furaffinity.net/view/4393171/ (but all I got was this)

1. My mouse is ALMOST dead, literally.
2. I wanted to try a cute pose.
3. My mind has a mind of its own.

Huzzah, a fellow lurker! I seem to take my time in finally becoming active in a thread ^_^;
I currently seem to be keeping quite an odd tab on all of my anthro/feral characters. I have noticed that I want to keep color themes and species from overlapping. No two with the exact spectrum of colors, no two same species. Though I may have more canines in the end, especially if I finally start adopting characters like I've been wanting. Most tend to be wolves, or some sort of canine so I may have to make an exception.

Thus, I have a question. For all your anthropomorphic characters, even your fursona, do you try the same? Not having overlapping species and color themes?

I try keeping colors varied, as well as species, but it never works. I have a Kyuubi, a Fox, a Kitsune, a Fox/Tanuki, a Wolverine/Weasel, a Dingo/Dhole, a Kaikou, a Dragon, a B-Wolf, and an albino Crow. Most of em have Orange in em somewhere, or at least some kinda shade close to it, and all have similar-shaped eyes.

I am afraid I am guilty of having overlapping color schemes on quite a lot of my characters. My fursona however is alone in her colors, no other character of mine shares her pure white winter coat or her blueish gray hues. ^^

I was active in the 2nd and beginning of the 3rd versions, but I mostly just lurk in this one. =P

I have a huge buttload of chars. Only the ones that are related are of the same color/pattern scheme and I only have a few small groups of similar-species.

Wait, this'll be the first anniversary, yes? and we're on the fourth version? If so, wow. How much spam contributed to that? o.0

Most of my characters are canines and almost all of them are male. Lemme see if I can get a list...

Jerry (wolf)
Shade (silver fox)
Kai (kai-ken dog/wolf)
Bronte (wolf)
Ralf (dragon)
Zazi (cat AND Female!!)
Talon (cat)
Ryder (cat)
Mason (cat)
Nikita (serval and FEMALE!)
Kaden (Mutt)
Bruin (wolf)
Spetzz (tayra)
Jay (wolf)
Ravi (wolf)

And I think that's it... I have WAY too many characters hehehehehe

I was active since the first. Or, I was. I tend to lurk everywhere now. It's not just you guys, I swear! D:

I don't make up my characters. They are who they are, that's it. I don't know what people mean when they make up characters. I have made up designs, but they are not characters for me because they do not have a name, a gender, and a personality. I mean, you can't make up people.. For me, my characters are just what they are, I guess.. Dillon is a blonde dalmatian, Mike is... something with a few stripes, Akello is a something-or-other resembling the lovechild of a bat and a civet, Shae is a sea lion type thing, Creameh is an orange-coloured husky... That's just who they are. I don't make them up, I find them. That's why I have so much trouble finding a fursona. I have problems with identifying myself (oh plz as if that wasn't obvious XDDD) so it's hard to find a sona. I feel like I keep getting closer, though, so that's good.
