I agree with Kari, we are the ones reporting the Spam of n00b members that come in (no offence) and we are trying to keep the Spam down as best as we can. I personally don’t find it fair that you would want to lock this thread and kick us out and make us use another forum when many of us are very comfortable here.

And I sort of feel we are 'targeted' the most, when pleanty of other 'threads' here spam not stop without a warning.

I saw that we kinda already do, Ellis and Jerry run it, maybe we should start using it more often.
And Kari's right, There are so many new members coming in,and they don't read the rules and know that we just don't tolerate spam.

I checked out that forum, but it was so dead I didn't even join D: I doubt anyone would use it if we tried to bring it back to life..

Yeah, but with all the new Furs we could totally bring back the thread, and we could have better chance at that one, if we tried.

I don't even have the link to the new forum right now XD And, yeah, making a new forum would keep all the new people who don't get anything about the rules of the topic off.

Yeah, sometimes life is unfair. But you have to deal with it. It's just we have to accept it for what it is now. If we have to we'll use the other thread. I mean it's not often for a version 4 of a thread to pop up on CS.

Oh god, not the "oh poor pitiful us being kicked off CS" victim stuff again. It wasn't cute when the Zoo did it, it's not cute now. Really, the thread should be self policing and not have to rely on staff telling you not to spam. And it's not just the new members, oldbies are at fault too.

You can keep the furry thread alive. It's just a matter of asking yourself if this is relevent/appropriate before hitting "post."

Perhaps we should move to a forum. Let's be fair, CS reports even "nude" anthros. The furry thread is full of them.

And, if we simply watch what we post, we will be fine.

'Nude' anthros? That's like saying "animals should be banned because they don't wear clothes"! What about non-furry fursonas? No one has a problem with 'nude' fursonas. I feel very stereotyped.

I imagine we could always keep the fur forum alive if we just advertised it alot. Like if we got some well known art shops and adoption agencies to post it. And if everyone had it in there signature that went to that forum. I don't think we'd get as much of a flow as CS does, but it would work.

I think a lot of the art stuff is... Unnecessary. Okay, great, you got art. Whatever. Showing art isn't like... On-topic. If you were talking about the anthro-ness OF the art.. Or maybe saying you preferred x type of legs on anthros instead of y types of legs.. I think most if not everyone spams here -_- It's really annoying. I think a forum would be best. Share your art, spam, do whatever. The on-topic goes in one place, and off-topic in another.

Why did you guys choose the species/breed of your fursona? How about markings?
I was always canine. Dog I just started looking at. I think a Dog fits me the best. And then natural markings because I don't like to stand out. That and I like natural colours over unnatural ones. They just look cool, too ^^

If we move to another forum, can we just keep it a one-thread format? I really do not need a whole new forum to navigate - we should just do one thread that is general chat where we talk about all the same stuff we talked about here.
