Eat, you need to eat to live, eat small meals through the day, and that will help you loose weight faster, by making your metabolism work faster.
You don't need to starve yourself to make yourself look "Pretty" girls that are too skinny actually kind of look scary in my opinion, and your girlfriend loves you just the way you are, isn't that really all that matters? Just eat something with lots of protein, like peanutbutter, or meat, that will keep you fuller longer. You need to eat, just eat something small at first.
That doesn't necessarily mean she's going to have a talk with you, and if she does, that's ok, it's just a talk, you'll get through it. After the talk you'll feel better, since it's over with.
