Speaking of Mosquitos we just bought one of those huge bug zapper things with the electric grid. Okay so we bought it for like 50 bucks, not bad, didn't think much of it. It's a little under 1 and a half feet tall and has a safety grill on it. Awesome. We plug it in?

INSTANT killing. Which is awesome.. Except for the dang noise it makes. Every time it kills one it comes out with a huge BZT, and if it's a particular big bug the BZT noise suddenly goes BZZZZZZZZZZZZT. Annoying as heck when I'm trying to watch iCarly D<

Ohhhh Jesus Christ, freaking hornets.

I was outside on my deck in the backyard, and it's night out so the light was on. I'm sitting there and all of a sudden this huge effing hornet flies over and starts going at the light. I very quickly stand up and walk away and proceed to quietly freak the f*** out. It's right in front of the sliding door, which is the only way I have to get back inside. It's like, flying headfirst into the light and it's making that loud scary buzzing sound. It looks angry.

So I'm standing on the far edge of the deck like an idiot watching this thing, no idea what to do. My internal mantra goes something like, "Ohh my God, big big freaking scary giant freaking angry stinging bug" ...actually, in retrospect, I may have been saying this out loud. This thing isn't going away. I watch it buzz really loudly and angrily while sitting on the light bulb, until it moves up farther into the light and goes quiet. It takes me a little while to get my nerve up then walk very calmly back up to the door and slip inside. Then lock it behind me, like that's somehow helpful. Then I stare at the thing from safely behind the glass door until I finally turn the light off and walk away.

Nothing gets my heart beating panic-attack fast like a close encounter with a scary bug. God only knows when I'll chill out enough to go to sleep.

I hate bugs. Funny, I'll bend over backwards for the chance to pet a huge wolf and love every second of it, but show me a 2-inch insect and I'm a total wuss. ;

Edit: DarkenedGlory, I think I need that bug zapper lol.

Never heard of those bug zappers. o.O Maybe I'll have to get one. But $50? I'm not sure...

BZT sounds better than buzz buzz buzz buzz... I think I'd rather have a dead mosquito going BZT rather than a live one going buzz buzz buzz trying to bite me... O.o

I woke up to my cat puking on my bed. Again. Then I went down to the neighbor's to let their dog out and feed the pets and as soon as I was about to leave, I look out the door and their cat had just puked up her breakfast. o_____o So I had to clean it up. Not fun.

Watching iCarly when dad comes in saying an 18 pound shih-tzu is giving birth on you're bed.!

And when people think shih-tzu means Sh*t zoo
