Good luck, hun. Just remember don't expect big changes right away, and that it comes in small pieces. That some days will be harder then others, and butterflies WILL die, but, in the end it'll make you stronger and step by step you'll stop self-harming. <3

but anyway.. my cousin is basically going through this. she's only five and her sister is about ten.
but she can't see her dad, or even talk to him.
but it'll get better, she's been able to see him at times.
just remember that he's in your heart, and you'll love him no matter what.
