i hate helping people in algebra sometimes

so we were working on standard form and i was done finding out the problems.
i help this guy, who then figures out what i was telling him.
this girl asks for help, and we try to help her, but she says we're doing it wrong when even the TEACHER is saying we explained it correctly. =n=
