So about how my cell phone provider lost all my minutes.
After talking with them for two days, they finally replaced my lost minutes. I had somewhere around 300-400, but since I have that cool "double/triple minutes for life" thing, I got back so, so much more. I now have exactly 714.07 minutes.
It annoys me that it took 2 days for them to fix this, but what really pisses me off
is that they never admitted it was their fault.
IT WAS SO dang THEIR FAULT. How does a phone just dang lose minutes, huh?
They tried to pass it off as user error, MY fault, but I can say with all certainty that it dang. WAS. NOT. MY. FAULT.
I did nothing to make my phone lose minutes. That's not even dang possible.
I feel like they've failed me. It's not the first time, either.
I was hacked. Not going to remake all my groups and such unless I feel like it. That's a lotta work. Don't bother with trades, everything's a mess.

reasonable overpay.
