You need to talk it out with them if you aint already. I was in the same boat with one of my best friends last summer. We talked it out anf niether one of us want to screw up our friendship so we left it at that. But we were both very open and talked about it which helped a lot.

yeah.
we've both told each other that we have feelings for each other.
and i know that he said that he thinks he is in love with his best friend since childhood, who also knows that he has a crush on me, and still loves him (as were his words).
i don't know how to stop talking to him because he and i both do track, and we are in a few classes together; plus we hang out with virtually the same people.
in addition, we're writing a story together, so...
and it's his birthday today.

the thing is, he's a very guarded person.
he's shared a lot more with me than any other person he's known and so i really don't want to push anything, which is where the problem comes in.

Okay, I need some relationship advice and I think you guys would be of much help.
I've been dating my girlfriend for almost 3 months (it's been 2 months and a few weeks, about).
In the beginning we were really really close. That went on for a month and a half.
Then things got a bit weird at which point she broke up with me (she said she was going through a lot of stress).
But after she broke up with me, I stopped talking to her in school for a few days and I guess that must have really hurt her because we got back together at her request.
Ever since then things haven't been like they were.
We don't hang out as much, we never hug (we kiss, but I do really like hugging), and we've never had a deep conversation.
I wish we could talk like me and my best friend do, but for some we just can't. I get really shy around her sometimes and I feel like I'm gonna say something stupid. I just wanna make her laugh.
I'm also a very anxious and emotional person and she's not very emotional at all, so when she doesn't understand me I get worried that she doesn't care and then I feel as though it makes her upset.
I don't know if she's just getting comfortable with me or our relationship is dying.
She's cute and nice and funny and I just want things to be like they used to.

My best friend and her slept over my house recently and for some reason I just kept getting really upset. I don't know if I was getting jealous or what. I'm not really funny around her and my best friend is, so I felt like she wanted to talk to her instead of me.

I told her I was worried I was gonna lose her (I had recurring nightmares about it). She told me I'm not gonna lose her, but I still worry that she doesn't like me as much as she did at first.

I over think things a lot too so if she doesn't do something she normally does I have an anxiety attack.
I just feel like we're getting distant..I don't want to stay with her if I don't make her happy ;n; please help.

Me and my crush both like each other and have admitted it but we're just friends for right now and I'm ok with that. I'm not gonna push it if he doesn't want to. I'm not scared it'll ruin our friendship at all because we've known each other for a while just online only if you've seen my other posts. My bff dated him and now he's her ex but they are still friends so I know it could work. Just don't push it if one of you wants more but the other doesn't. For me and my crush Brad who I feel comfortable saying his name on here now, we do talk in the cute flirty matter but we both know that it's just friends who both like each other. I find it's alright to to like the person and still be good friends also as long as neither one of finds it awkward saying stuff like that to a good friend. I know most don't want to ruin the friendship but sometimes it falls out and people do stay friends after it.

I do agree with the advice that's already been given, but I have a small bit of input. Perhaps you could talk to him about it? Ask him what he wants, and know what you want as well. If you want to stay as friends, then good for you! Same with vise-versa. I think that communication would really help in this situation. :3
