ahh, thank you :3 it's just, I've been thinking about it and I might decide to try and go vegetarian, after all, whats the difference between my cats and dogs and the animals I'm eating? would I want my pets slaughtered to feed people? not so much, and it is much healthier for you ^^

Though I am not a vegan or vegetarian, I do support it and admire the people who have taken meat out of their diet. ^^; I don't really eat much meat, but I can't saee myself living without chicken, turkey, or ham. I have been considering becoming a vegetarian, but I fear that I simply wouldn't be able to get the nutrients that I need and would become sick.

*strolls in to conversation* Well I have been a vegetarian my whole life and never tasted meat. Not once, ever. I am appalled by the smell of meat. My mom switched to become a vegetarian 7 years before I was born. So me and my sister were born vegetarians and given the choice to eat meat if we want. My sister tried a bite of KFC only to spit it out all over the floor and propmtly rinse out her mouth and brush her teeth. 0.o Anyway, I am trying to be vegan but its hard because my sister is an EXTREME picky eater so she won't eat and soy products (Vegan, Milk, Cheese, ect), and my dad eats meat. That means my family would have to prepare 4 meals 3 times a day 7 days a week! So our family just sticks to fresh, local, organic, non-fertalized eggs, and local milk! I like most foods but I HATE salad, raisins, prunes, pickles, celery, tomatos, yellow/orange bell peppers, and cucumbers. I got chewed out by my friends mom on how stupid it is to be a vegetarian because the animal is already dead blah blah blah. I was getting really mad. I love animals, like ALOT I won't use anything made of fur/skin/parts of an animal! /rant

Cause I seen the way you look at me, doefriend, when you smoulder
Come here, queer deer, and shake that thing around
Cause you get me so high that I gotta go down

Cool, if you did go vegetarian you would indeed save a lot of innocent lives. =)

It's actually very simple to get all the nutrients you need when you are a vegetarian. Cool that you support it

Wow, that's interesting; I've never known anyone who was actually raised vegetarian. I also do not like the smell of burning flesh. And also... raisins ARE gross O.O
...you shouldn't be getting chewed out by your friend's mom for being vegetarian... that's just stupid, yes the animal is dead, but the problem is why did we kill it in the first place?

Yesh raisins are aweful! I almost started crying at my friends house, my friend got REALLY mad and got in a fight with her about it after i left 0-0! Yeah I have never tasted meat. Almost all my friends (all ten except for 2...so eight) have tried being vegetarian and given up! >.< Yesh I love being vegetarian, I am over weight and going on a diet and my friend going on a diet with me is having a harder time with it because of meat and so forth! Hooray for low fat and calorie veggie meat making my diet easier!

How rude. She should go jump off a sandwich and die.
And yeah I know people who have given up too... they just "like the taste of meat" too much. Personally, when I found out what the animals went through, I immediately went vegetarian and have never wished to put pieces of animal corpses in my mouth since then. I've not always been vegetarian, but I have always cared about animals a lot.

Thats how my mom started she realized what the animals went through and decided to stop for atleast a month, she bought some vegetarian meat products and hasn't eaten meat in, like, 24 years! 0.o

Okay. So you're not vegetarian. It is nice that you don't eat pork though.

A one month goal sounds good. You could even just try being vegetarian for a day, or a week, to see how it works for you.
When I became vegetarian I didn't set any goals except to end the slaughtering of innocent animals, but I've heard that one-week or one-month goals work too, lol.
