I do truely feel bad for the abused animals, but even if you become vegan, you cannot stop other abuse, such as animal testing and other abuse. Besides, eggs help make up for a lot of lost protein and milk provides a ton of good stuff. ^_^
I'm not saying not to be vegan or that I don't support it, but I just know I could never handle it. ^_^
Humans are actually naturally herbivores (this is why we have to cook meat and why meat is not good for us) , and we also aren't meant to be able to digest milk after infancy. Lactose intolerance is the actual form of the gene, lactose TOLERANCE is a mutated form of the gene. This is why eating meat, dairy, and eggs makes you fat, and gives you a much higher rate of heart disease. The cow's milk is meant for the cow's calves, not for human beings. For us to take it is not what nature intended.
I can't stop animal testing, but I can choose to only buy products that have not been tested on animals.
