I'm really sorry about that. It's terrible that you have to go through such oppression, and I hope that you won't generalize all Christians as high and mighty. Lots of us respect other people and their religions, but we do occaisonally make mistakes. Those of us who don't try to push people to convert are not seen as much, because we are not barging onto topics with "your religion is wrong".

None of us on this thread mean any harm. I'm glad that you are able to relax here, and if you ever have any questions or just want to chat we will be as welcoming as we can.

I know you guys never intend to offend anyone, and I do appreciate that. :] I really do enjoy lurking here and most of my reason for doing so is to keep in touch with Christianity on a positive note. Unfortunately, it is a sore spot, though, so every once in a while, I'm prone to snapping and I apologize for the massive textwalls I posted yesterday. x]

Do y'all mind praying for my Nana? She sounded awful tired today when she called to wish me a happy birthday.....I am not sure how she is doing right now. So if y'all can pray for her (or keep her in mind) that would be a great comfort.

I was stupid today and took a walk outside with no shoes. I got four blisters on my feet. One on each heel, and one on each sole of my foot. They hurt like crazy, and apparently it takes a few days or weeks to heal! I can't even walk without excruciating pain.
I've ruined most of my summer. Or, one third of it.
I'm afraid to pop them... I want them to heal naturally. But I'm going out to eat tonight, I have a party tomorrow, I have church on Sunday, and I'm going to start running a mile everyday starting Monday. Plus, I have horseback on thursday. I'm doing more than that... but honestly? I need to be able to walk without collapsing with pain.
Please pray for me. D:

I think that it's okay, but a lot of people are rubbed the wrong way with the question. As long as you make sure to stay respectful to everyone's opinions and everyone's beliefs on a topic, I think it'd be fine to post it. However a lot of people talk about the same topic forever to try to argue that their opinion is the right one and such and that just gets annoying. I believe that God loves all of His children and it doesn't matter who you love, as long as you love.

Hey guys, I'll be praying for you all, and I also have a request of my own.

One of my mom's co-worker's wife(If you can figure that out), Got bit 3 times by a rattlesnake yesterday or the day before. I don't know all the details, but she was on a walk in her neighborhood and she had her kids with her, so I'm guessing she was trying to protect them and that is the reason she got bit so many times. Anyway, I just ask that you all can pray for her health and well-being, and that she gets through this okay.
