This is random, but have any of you ever read 'I Kissed Dating Goodbye?'

Today we are getting new music for next year's program. If anyone has seen a field show, the band usually faces back field before the actual performance to warm up. The bigger and (sad but true) better groups do a hymn of some sort. This year, we plan to start playing the Navy hymn, "Eternal Father, Strong to Save."

I looked up the lyrics. They are so beautiful. They are enough to make anyone cry, whether they have a Navy family member or not. It's a beautiful song and I'm so glad our director chose it.

Can you guys pray for my friend? She suffered from anorexia last year, and today at school I noticed she didn't eat lunch and refused all the food I offered saying that she wants to be skinny. She already is! I did everything I could think of, I told her how worried I was about her, how anorexia actually makes a person gain weight, and I even tried to shove food into her mouth. But nothing worked. I'm really worried about her- I think this might be the after affect of her ex-boyfriend not responding to her on facetime (she thinks he committed suicide because of constant bullying). I just don't know what to do!

Tell a trusted Adult or her Parents. She could very well die from it.

Also agreed. I've been there, and it's SO much more dangerous than most people think. I'll pray for your friend, too. But as a tip, don't try to force her to eat. I remember that when people did that to me, all it did was make me mad and make me not want to eat even more. Just be patient with her.
