But at least I know God will be with me no matter what!
It signifies your soul.

But then again, you don't want everyone to mourn for you.

I'm a Christian. Big deal?" Does anyone else ever get the "Whoa... Christian much? o.O" reaction from people?
Kind of. It's more "Do I look like I'm a Christian like you?" or "Does it sound like I believe in God?" or "Yeah, she's a goody-two shoes." I once held a 2 hour religious discussion with my aunt, but I don't go public with my Christian beliefs as much as i used to because so many of my friends aren't (not just atheist, but quite a few are Hindu and such so I don't want to offend them). No one is really suprised by the fact that I'm a Christian though because a lot of people go to my church (mainly because their parents make them) and I sing so it's kind of obvious. I also have a habit of joining anyone who has a slightly religious discussion. xD They also have a stereotype that those who are Christians are smart and not really slackers and I'm smart, but not because I'm a Christian. With The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, how do people miss the religious intention of the novel\movie, or for that matter the series of novels\movies!? xD
I know. I got made fun of in primary school for my religion, and I kept quiet. Now I'm in secondary school though, I have more friends and I've forgotten about the people who have nothing better to do than to make fun of people because of their beliefs.
And about being a Christian and being smart, I think that a lot of Christians are smart because they try to do the right thing, including listening to their teacher.
xD The first reason why I actually try (and I must admit that I'm kind of ashamed of this for being my first reason to actually try) is because I don't want to end up like my brother who failed a lot of his classes so I STRIVE to pass all of mine with flying colors and A+s (even though it's impossible to have an A+, you have to have an A instead...). The second reason is because I'm kind of OCD about getting good grades and I don't want to end up like half of the kids at my school who don't try at all. *note that not every kid who isn't getting A's isn't trying, school might just be hard for them and I realize this but most of the kids at my school don't try at all because they're all sports-aholics and that's all they really do or think about so they don't take the time to do their work like they should or they just don't want to and in most groups I end up doing all the work. :\

I want to outlive everybody I care about because I would never want them to miss me. I would rather withstand the pain of their passing than have then mourn for me
