I think it's really not worth it, Satan is so evil and against God that prayer is worthless for him by now. What exactly do you mean though?

Sometimes the people most refuse to pray for are the ones that need it the most. If we can pray to alleviate the suffering of the most despicable creatures, and sincerely mean it (instead of just trying to 'show off'), we might be closer to understanding something of the nature of God's boundless love.

One of my favorite authors visited that same question and said something very close to what Harpalyce is saying. I quite like this quote.

"But who prays for Satan? Who, in eighteen centuries, has had the common humanity to pray for the one sinner that needed it most?" -Mark Twain

I do agree with what Harpalyce is saying. But I also believe Satan has his role in his current state, as does God. Evil cannot exist without good, and good cannot exist without evil. As much as Christians are taught to loathe and revile Satan and his ways, Satan is necessary.

Yes. I agree with you two. Also, Satan knows what is coming for him in the end, for it says in the Bible. So, there would be no use in it. We all know he will be thwon into the pit of fire :)
Did you hear about the rose that grew from a crack in the concrete?
Proving nature’s law is wrong it learned to walk with out having feet.
Funny it seems, but by keeping it’s dreams, it learned to breathe fresh air.
Long live the rose that grew from concrete, when no one else ever cared.

I showed this to my friend on Sunday. We both cried.

EDIT: Warning, it may get a bit graphic. (Taken from the Passion of the Christ)

Ill pray and Bio, I cant watch the Passion for more than a minute without crying. Its just so moving. That song plus the clip really show how much He loves us.

Your grace abounds in deepest waters
Your sovereign hand
Will be my guide
Where feet may fail and fear surrounds me
You've never failed and You won't start now

So I will call upon Your name
And keep my eyes above the waves
When oceans rise
My soul will rest in Your embrace
For I am Yours and You are mine

This made me realize how horrible it must have been. I nearly cried. Luckily I had no volume so it wasn't as bad as it could've been.
"remember how we forgot?
remember how no one ever really died in the wars we fought?
because each gunshot came from our fingertips
and we never really kept them loaded, just in case
because each enemy was a friend and none of it was about oil, religion or land
it was all just pretend;
remember how we used to bend reality
like we were circus strong men
like our imaginations were in shape then
like we were all
ninjas trained in the deadly art of "did not"
like "i totally got you!"
"...did not"
remember how we forgot?

I couldn't watch it at all at church because it's a bit too graphic for me, I had to babysit instead
