I saw the most amazing thing. I was having an awful day, looked up at the clouds and there was a hole for where the sun was shining through in the shape of a heart. God is always there. <3

I saw the most amazing thing. I was having an awful day, looked up at the clouds and there was a hole for where the sun was shining through in the shape of a heart. God is always there. <3

Which reminds me - last night we finally got rain. We've been waiting for months, and all we'd been getting was clouds. I mean, don't get me wrong - we were thankful for the drop in temperature, being as hot as its been (we experienced the hottest summer on record here) but we were desperate for rain.

So last night, it not only rained, but there was this lightning. It was so long since I'd seen lightning, I was totally in awe! It was constant for about twenty minutes, as in right after the other. I literally saw lightning start at the bottom and go up! A lot of it started with a flash and then burst into streaks. It was beautiful <3 It looked more like a fireworks show than lightning.

The other day, I was at the hospital and a close family member died. I ran outside crying, laied against my truck sobbing, when something seemed to want me to look up. I glanced up, and through teary eyes I saw 'I ♥ u' in the clouds. God was trying to tell me it was alright...

We finally got rain today. Thank the Lord...

I love God and Jesus, plus I go to Church everytime I get the chance. But I don'tlike to listen to Christian music on the radio. I like listeningto Country.....

I don't think the type of music you listen to effect your relationship with Christ.

I do think that the music we listen to influences our walk with Christ, but you could listen to far worse than country music. I can't even stand listening to pop music anymore. A lot of rock music is chockful of sinful references, too.
