Thanks everyone for the prayers on the Baptism! I almost started crying but it ended ok, and my best friend has been encouraging me all week on this, so huge thanks to everyone who prayed and my friends in real life!

Good job on your baptism! I've been wanting to get baptisted for ages but Im really scared to get up infront of my whole church. I've been praying for that lol, Im not a big fan of large crowds of people my church is HUGE.

Anyway, I have a very important prayer request. Recentl, I've been making many mistakes in my christian walk and with friends in my life. I need God's guidance through this stage of my life. yes, im only a teenager and we make mistakes all the time but the way the guilt is hitting me is hard. I've asked for forgiveness and tried to set myself right but it still feels wrong. Please pray for me!

Aah, the freedom part is right [liberty and justice], but it wasn't founded on Christ. It's conventional to assume that the Founding Fathers were deists; some of them were, and some of them were arguably atheists. Whatever they were, they were secularlists - they devised a secular constitution, I think "one nation under God" was added later. America was founded in secularism.

No it wasn't. What do you have to support that theory?

Hey guys. Please pray for a member of my church. I just got an email from the pastor and they said that they were life flying this member to the hospital for emergency brain surgery. This person is elderly and one of my friends. Please pray for him. I will keep you updated as I get updates.

Well, quite a few of the founding fathers were Deist, not really Christian - Thomas Jefferson comes to mind.
