Does anybody read Francine Rivers novels? I have quite a few of them and find them very realistic to real life troubles. If you don't, I strongly advise them. Just beware that they are directed to older age groups.

My mom has read a few of those, and said I should read them. I havn't picked them up, as I love fantasy, and manga more...
Has anyone seen The Help, or read it? I saw it the other day, I loved it too. Which is saying alot, and I useally dno't enjoy movies.

Praying for you Kecko! I remember when I got baptised. =3

Hi Garrus The cross is a very significant shape because the cross is what jesus died on to save us from having that same fait that he went through. Jesus went through the worst death you could ever go through, slow and painful. But, people wear crosses to remember the amazing thing that god did. Giving up his only son, Jesus, for all of us. And that is amazing. The cross is basically a symbol to remind us of what he did. Hope this helps you understand more.

Hi, thank you for the link. I watched all of it, although I’m not sure why you recommended it to me. I think that the universe is incredible, remarkable, beautiful, complex; it stuns me and moves me regularly, so I definitely don’t need to be told how amazing the universe and biology is. :] I’m not sure what you wanted me to take away from watching this video? ^^;

I understand the point he was making, but on a more practical level, I don’t agree that the yardstick, the ruler, the tape measure and other tools like these won’t help you in the neighborhood of God. These things do have value – the neighborhood of God is the universe, and tools like these and others in science are part of how we make sense of that universe/neighborhood in the first place. It’s partially in thanks to tools like these that we know what we do.

Mmm I don’t think things being shaped like crosses mean anything. Crosses are shapes. Shapes are found everywhere. I don’t think God was at work when my grilled cheese comes out cross-shaped, heh. I think we should be wary of seizing upon things which happen to be cross-shaped and ascribing such significant meaning to coincidence.

Sorry, sometimes I get different meanings to stuff then others. To me this video meant that their is no that this could of evolved, its far to complex and theirs too much info toward God then what people really can explain, I was thinking on this video and also videos by Lee Strobel. I'm sorry if I got something else that you may not have gotten :)
