Alright. I have two theories on the matter of dinosaurs romping around on the Earth, and unfortunately, neither of them have dinosaurs living at the same time as humans, and one has them never existing at all.
1. If you read the Bible correctly, you'll find that animals and humans were created on the same day. However, because He is God, and he can do whatever he pleases and there was nobody around to tell us exactly what happened, that day may or may not have been 24 hours long. The 'day' was a human creation to help us keep track of time, but time is something that God doesn't require to keep himself organised. That 'day' could've been millions of years long, giving the dinosaurs enough time to pass on before humans came along.
2. When God created the Earth, he made it with a history. Meaning regardless of the fact that dinosaurs never did exist, he put fossils in the ground to make it appear that they did.
Garrus wrote:Dinosaurs did not co-exist with humans, dragons aren't real, the Earth is ancient, and animals evolved. Literal Genesis is false. If your opinion is true you should be able to prove it. See the glory in all the work God has done.
And honestly, if you're going to think that one part of the Bible is false, you may as well believe the entire thing is untrue. The Bible is all or nothing; you can't choose bits and pieces to believe. It doesn't work that way.
And another thing. I don't know if you're Christian or not, Garrus, but I have a few suggestions for you. If you are a Christian, you should probably start acting like one. Not believing in the Bible and going against the fact that God created the world you're living in is a big no-no in the Christian religion. And if you aren't Christian, then can you PLEASE stop spamming our thread with your scientific nonsense? I'm pretty sure none of us care, as none of us believe in the Big Bang theory and all that crap.
And as for dragons, I have to admit that I don't think they ever existed. Same with unicorns. I think it's a possibility that they existed, but very very
very unlikely.
