First, I'm very sorry for your loss.I know you probably hear this a lot, but your grandfather didn't really leave. He is still with you, and always watching, I'm sure. All that's happened is that his body got old and his spirit had to move on to be with God and Jesus and other loved ones in Heaven.I know what you feel. You want to talk to him, hug him, laugh and do all other physical things. But you can still talk to him, he might even reply. I read a book recently that really gave me small comfort when someone I loved passed away. Its called 90 Minutes in Heaven. You should read it.
And it also hepls me not to say or think the word "died" or its many variations. I always try to think "passed away" or "passed on" because that's what really happened. He didn't go away forever, he didn't die, you will always remember him, I'm sure, and I'll bet he's waiting for you in Heaven.
