Sometimes I find it impossible to believe that I am playing on the easiest setting. The game is amazing but bloody hell it escalates way too quickly Dx
And I think it would be really awesome if every member of the group didn't rely on me to make all the decisions. Actually I have yet to see any legitimate reason why any of them would be taking command from someone like me in the first place, as I am neither a good fighter nor particularly intelligent. At all. I am literally too stupid to strategize at all beyond picking between someone else's suggestions. We could probably recruit a brain-damaged turkey and it'd still be a better leader.
First there's this comparitively "senior" warden, somewhat sensible with a lot more training, but still following the useless idiot that can barely find their way around a sword.
Then this mage lady, who I'm not really sure if she's all that smart or good in battle but her attitude really does not suggest that she cares for taking orders from anyone, especially considering she holds no respect at all for anyone there. And yet she just plays follow the leader. Why? I cannot begin to fathom it.
And then a seemingly intelligent soldier of sorts who openly disapproves with everything you do(or that I do, anyway <_<) and yet still hangs around, and lets you lead to boot. "If I truly disliked you I would leave." Really? Because you deffinately seem to dislike me, but you're still here.. taking my word...
I guess the older mage that tags along at one point might just follow whoever the others are following but mages are kind of supposed to be smart you know? After a while she probably should have figured out that the rest of the group was following a total idiot.
About the only companion who I can honestly understand being okay with me in charge is the dog. Because it's a dog.
Can I please just play one offline game where I'm the follower and someone else is in charge? That'd be great, thanks.
