"Slender Man is not a creepypasta he's just a video game character"

Oh, and they also, for some reason, count Pyramid Head as a creepypasta even though he's a video game character too.
And they insist on calling Slender Man Slender "because it's correct and how it was in the game"

Actually, Slenderman is a real myth which has its origin in Germany.
I must know, I'm German after all. You even can find out about this myth easily.
You just need to use google.

Not the Slender Man everyone seems to know, however. If that were true, a lot more people would be panicking.
However, in 2009 a white faceless man with a suit was portrayed with tentacles with a simple statement that he kidnapped children (I think, been a while since I read the thread). Then the fandom itself went about creating what else he did, proxies, and basically the rest of the Slender Man myth. I'm 99% positive German myth does not include a faceless man in a suit.

However I think he was heavily based off the German myth, so you're half right. Shrugs. Which myth are you talking about? One of the German names given to him, like Der Ritter or Grobmann, or another one? c: I'm a sucker for myths whoops.

First soccer game tomorrow.
I've only had 3 practices with this team and haven't played since I was 5 (Not counting school, cuz we don't actually play with all the rules including off side and all that good stuff and everyone sucks except those who are actually in soccer)
I'm so nervous. I'll probably just be a sub, but the coach expects lots because I look fit and have long legs, when in reality, I just have a good metabolism to get rid of all the fat. I don't have any muscle.

Yeah, I'm talking about the Großmann myth. I'm not sure, but the kidnapper might have based it on the myth? However, my mom used to tell me the Großmann myth whenever I complained about not being allowed outside after it turned night. Let's just say it worked. I'm still horribly paranoid when I'm out in the dark, even when I'm with someone.
Also I might be wrong, but I think she said something about Slenderman wearing dark clothing (the suit?), but I'm not sure.

If I have any knowledge that something will be happening later in the day that somehow involves me I feel like I can't start or do anything until it's been overwith even if it's like two hours away.
I really should be doing something right now but mum said we'd be going to pick up some supplies at 6 so I've just spent like a half dang hour doing almost nothing.
