My mother just yelled at me about my cooking eggs. She had some stupid problem with how I was cooking them. She fails at eggs, and she has the gall to yell at me about them?

I can't sleep. I'm just sitting here shaking. The vet is supposed to call when they get the results of my cat's x-rays and ultrascan, but they still haven't called. They said they had to wait until she was in stable condition and I'm just scared she has some sort of internal or spinal injury. She almost never goes outside and of course the one time she does, she gets hit. I'd probably be able to fall asleep faster if I wasn't on my phone, but I just need something to distract myself.
