My teacher was running that race, and his wife and three sons (who are all under the age of seven I believe) were watching him. Thankfully he finished the race and left before the bombings.

My heart goes out to those who have loved ones that were involved in the bombings.

I heard about the semicolon project, and the bombing in Boston. I feel so devastated for the people with a loss in their family.

I was so devastated to hear what happened I came home from softball practice and heard about it. I didnt know what to do/think.

My heart and prayers go out to all of the 176+ injured and the families of the 3 who died.

On the subject of being rude about this whole thing there is a person on youtube saying it was just a hoax. He is such a complete idiot.

--- From the few posts on the guy on the roof ---

During all of the events, they do have people looking over the race and they have snipers just incase something happens. It coudl have been one of them just scanning for anything that looked suspicious.

There have been images of a strange object infront of a trashcan. That is one of the best spots to hide a bomb I have herd. I feel so bad for that little 8 year old boy that died.

I also couldn't really take my eyes off of that graphic image of the man that lost both of his legs. I was actually thinking of going and running in the race/watching. Good thing I didn't go.

The bombs where in back packs
"The Templars. Lee. The big man, Haytham. They 'as the money. They 'as the power. That's the reason I threw in with 'em. That's the ONLY reason. [...] They paid me so I said yes. Didn't bother to ask who or how or why. Didn't care."

It was an eight year old boy that died. His sister had to get her leg amputated and his mother got severe brain trauma. The father finished running the race only to find his whole family destroyed.
